Job Type: Part-time
Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting software-related issues.

• Ensure timely resolution of client queries through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Work closely with the development and support teams to improve customer satisfaction.

• Guide and train junior support staff, sharing technical expertise and best practices.

• Maintain accurate logs of issues, resolutions, and system updates.

• Perform software installations, updates, and testing as required.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve functional or technical problems.

• Support customers in using software for accounting and finance operations, ensuring smooth system functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.

• Advanced degrees or certifications will be preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS SQL Database is highly desirable.

• Good command over MS Office (Excel and Word).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.

• Familiarity with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes.

• Comfortable using the internet, remote support tools, and modern communication platforms.

Professional Skills:

• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
