Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)
Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting software-related issues.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Work closely with the development and support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Guide and train junior support staff, sharing technical expertise and best practices.
Maintain accurate logs of issues, resolutions, and system updates.
Perform software installations, updates, and testing as required.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve functional or technical problems.
Support customers in using software for accounting and finance operations, ensuring smooth system functionality.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
Advanced degrees or certifications will be preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS SQL Database is highly desirable.
Good command over MS Office (Excel and Word).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
Familiarity with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes.
Comfortable using the internet, remote support tools, and modern communication platforms.
Professional Skills:
Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
Punctual, organized, and efficient with exceptional time management.
Energetic, confident, and professional demeanor.
