The Salesman will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, providing expert advice on home appliances, closing sales, and ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied.

Whether you are helping a family choose their first refrigerator or guiding a professional in selecting the latest air conditioner, your role will directly contribute to creating a positive shopping experience and driving the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and engage with customers as they enter the store to create a friendly and approachable environment.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products by highlighting features, benefits, and usage.

• Demonstrate how home appliances function, including care and maintenance tips.

• Provide clear, accurate, and professional answers to customer questions and resolve concerns effectively.

• Work closely with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent service standards.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, aiming to exceed expectations and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the latest electronics and appliances to offer informed advice.

• Handle after-sales customer queries with professionalism to build long-term trust and repeat business.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad and living with family (as per company policy).

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential.

• Previous experience in electronics or retail sales will be highly preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.

• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong sense of responsibility.
