H Pharmacy Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer – Pharmacy to join our growing team. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers, promoting pharmacy products, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This position requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Drive sales of pharmaceutical, wellness, and healthcare products to retail customers and business clients including walk-ins, clinics, hospitals, and corporates.
Identify new business opportunities, convert leads into active clients, and expand the pharmacy’s customer base.
Actively promote pharmacy products, healthcare packages, and special services to maximize revenue.
Build and sustain strong professional relationships with customers, medical professionals, doctors, and clinics.
Provide consistent after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Develop trust and loyalty among repeat customers to encourage long-term partnerships.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue performance.
Prepare reports for management on sales pipeline progress and business growth.
Stay updated on pharmacy product lines, new launches, offers, and healthcare services.
Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and availability.
Ensure promotional campaigns are effectively communicated to customers.
Track competitor activities, industry trends, and customer demands.
Provide timely feedback to management for improvements in product offerings and customer engagement.
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience (1–3 years) in retail pharmacy sales, healthcare sales, or as a medical representative.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Prior knowledge of pharmacy products and healthcare services will be preferred.
Fluency in English and local language preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and sales visits.
