Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales-RSP (UK) professional to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in UK student recruitment and a deep understanding of the UK education system. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position that requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with UK-based recruitment partners and educational institutions.

• Engage with potential students to guide them through the UK admission and visa process.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth targets.

• Maintain and update sales records using company CRM tools.

• Meet monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.

• Provide accurate counseling and support to students regarding UK universities, programs, and scholarship opportunities.

• Represent Techsol IT professionally in all communications and client interactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in RSP (UK) or UK student recruitment is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of the UK education system, admission procedures, and visa process.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in evening and night shifts as per business requirements.

• Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Job Details

• Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday

• Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
