We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Lead (B2C Focus) to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. This position is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer with over five years of hands-on experience in B2C marketing and campaign management. The role involves leading paid media campaigns, managing UGC collaborations, and optimizing digital performance across multiple platforms.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPA, and CVR to ensure maximum ROI.
Oversee creative direction, including copywriting, ad visuals, and video content development.
Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain consistent branding across all channels.
Identify and manage UGC partnerships and influencer collaborations to enhance engagement.
Plan and execute webinars and virtual events to drive customer education and acquisition.
Use analytics tools to generate actionable insights and optimize marketing funnels.
Conduct A/B testing to improve landing pages, ad performance, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing goals with company objectives.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Go High Level, and Hootsuite.
Strong command of creative tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Descript, and Figma.
Experience managing webinars through Zoom Webinars or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of English for global audience targeting.
Ability to manage multiple projects using ClickUp or equivalent tools.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, especially in SaaS or subscription-based services.
Proven expertise in paid media strategy, campaign optimization, and creative storytelling.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
Experience hosting webinars and online events for customer engagement.
Background in affiliate marketing or strategic partnerships.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and CRO techniques.
Familiarity with emerging platforms and new digital growth strategies.
