We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing lead engagement, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.
This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about building meaningful connections with clients while helping the sales team meet and exceed targets.
Engage with potential leads and conduct consistent follow-ups through phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms.
Maintain accurate and detailed notes of all client interactions using the Toast CRM platform.
Use provided scripts effectively, while being flexible enough to adapt in real-time conversations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects by using engaging, confident, and professional communication.
Ensure timely communication with potential customers and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
Track performance metrics and share updates with management to improve outreach strategies.
Support the end-to-end sales process by ensuring no opportunity is missed and every lead is nurtured properly.
