Job Overview

We are looking for motivated Pharm D Graduates who can work efficiently within our team. The selected candidates will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Telemedicine Scribe and Authorization departments. You will be responsible for handling medical documentation, ensuring accuracy in patient records, and supporting medical professionals remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient information and medical notes in real time during telemedicine consultations.

• Assist physicians and healthcare providers by preparing and maintaining medical records.

• Verify insurance authorizations, prescriptions, and related documentation.

• Ensure all patient data is recorded following HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and administrative teams.

• Maintain up-to-date medical knowledge to support healthcare professionals efficiently.

• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and organized environment.

Requirements

• Pharm D degree from a recognized institution.

• Strong command of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to quality work.

• Prior experience in telemedicine, scribing, or healthcare documentation will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
